About
ADHD coaching that sees difference, not deficit
Alan Stracey ACC is an ICF-credentialed ADHD & AuDHD coach, and a Mental Health & Neurodiversity trainer and consultant. He works with adults with ADHD, including those with co-occurring conditions such as Autism and Dyslexia.
Before retraining as a coach, Alan spent 20 years in the creative industries, including a decade as Managing Director of a London creative production agency. Diagnosed with ADHD himself at 40, he brings the lived experience of late diagnosis as well as ICF-accredited professional training to his coaching practice. He has a particular interest in supporting professionals and business owners under sustained pressure.
He helps clients see their unique brain wiring as a difference, not a deficit, and works to build practical strategies for focus, organisation, time management and emotional regulation. ADHD coaching is a non-clinical, proactive partnership for clients seeking the space, time and structure to turn a diagnosis into lasting, life-long change.
Engagements begin by facilitating true awareness and recognition, before building subsequent sessions around each client's goals and needs. His sessions combine executive coaching strategies and peer-reviewed neuroscience, and are always driven by what matters most to the individual. He recently completed an advanced ADHD coaching training course and is working towards PCC accreditation with the International Coaching Federation.
