Who is your physiotherapist?

Amie Button is our Physiotherapy Lead. She qualified from the University of Birmingham in 2009 and brings over 16 years of private practice experience, specialising in musculoskeletal conditions and spinal problems.

AtWell is at 164 Station Road, Balsall Common, CV7 7FD. We have free parking directly outside the clinic. We serve patients from across Solihull, Knowle, Dorridge, Kenilworth, Coventry, and the wider West Midlands.

No. You can book directly without a GP referral.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans change, so we just ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This helps us offer the slot to another patient who needs it. With more than 24 hours’ notice you’ll receive a 100% refund of any fee paid; with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you don’t attend without letting us know, the full fee is charged. Genuine emergencies and bereavements are always considered at the discretion of our practice manager. If you’re running late, please call us on 01676 545111 — we’ll always try to accommodate you.

Yes. We are recognised by Bupa, AXA, Aviva, Vitality, Healix, WPA, Cigna, Nuffield Health, Simplyhealth, and Allianz for physiotherapy services.
