Amie Button is our Physiotherapy Lead. She qualified from the University of Birmingham in 2009 and brings over 16 years of private practice experience, specialising in musculoskeletal conditions and spinal problems.

AtWell is at 164 Station Road, Balsall Common, CV7 7FD. We have free parking directly outside the clinic. We serve patients from across Solihull, Knowle, Dorridge, Kenilworth, Coventry, and the wider West Midlands.

No. You can book directly without a GP referral.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both patients and clinicians. More than 48 hours' notice — full refund. Less than 24 hours' notice — charged at 100%. Non-attendance (no-show) — charged at 100%. Genuine emergencies and bereavements will be considered at the discretion of the practice manager. Please contact us as soon as you know you need to cancel.

Initial assessments are typically 45-60 minutes. Follow-up sessions are 30 minutes.

Yes. We are recognised by Bupa, AXA, Aviva, Vitality, Healix, WPA, Cigna, Nuffield Health, Simplyhealth, and Allianz for physiotherapy services.

We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as bank transfer. Payment is taken at the time of your appointment.

We cannot directly access NHS records, but we can request a summary from your NHS GP with your written consent. Bringing any recent test results or clinic letters to your appointment is helpful.

With your permission, yes. We can write to your NHS GP with a summary of your consultation, diagnosis, and treatment plan. This helps ensure continuity of care across both your private and NHS care.
